Something is broken
A link that will not resolve, a download that fails, a file that comes back wrong. Include the video URL and your browser, and we can usually reproduce it straight away.

Corrections and suggestions
If a guide is out of date or wrong, tell us. YouTube changes things quietly and we would rather fix a page than leave it stale.

Working together
For advertising enquiries or anything commercial, use the same address and put "partnership" in the subject line so it reaches the right place.

Before you write about a broken link
Two things account for most reports. First, private, deleted and age-restricted videos have no publicly served thumbnail, so nothing will come back regardless of the tool. Second, a missing 1280 × 720 file usually means YouTube never generated one, which is normal for older uploads — the explanation is here.
